Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 15 paneer cubes


  • 1/2 cup cornflour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cup peri peri bhujiya


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 4 tbsp oil for frying

Directions

  • Cut paneer in cubes
  • Crush bhujiya in a polythene bag
  • Take cornmeal and add all spices in it
  • Add water and mix make a thick paste
  • Add paneer cubes in it and let them sit in for 10 min.
  • Take crushed bhujiya in a plate
  • Take paneer cube out from paste and roll in bhujiya
  • Coat bhujiya finely
  • Make ready all pieces and keep in freeze
  • At the time of serving fry in hot oil
  • Serve hot with sauce
