Ingredients
Serves 2
Medium sized tomatoes : 2
Carrot : 1
Medium sized onion : 1
Pasta : 3/4 cup
Salt : 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder : 1 tbsp
Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
Pasta masala : 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander : 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 inch piece : 1
Garlic cloves : 3
Vegetable oil : 1 tbsp
Directions
Take tomatoes,onion and carrot
Take pasta
Take ginger,garlic,coriander,garam masala,salt,chilli powder,pasta masala
Chop carrot,onion,ginger and garlic into small pieces.Take tomatoes into blender and make it into puree
Cook Pasta in lots of salted water as per package instructions. Drain it in a colander. Set aside till use.
Now heat oil in a pan.add garlic, ginger in it and saute for 3 mins
Add onion in it and saute for 3 mins.
Now add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,pasta masala and mix well
Now add tomato puree ,carrot pieces ,mix well and cook for 5 minutes
Add cooked pasta and coriander and mix well and cook for 2 minutes
Then take it into a plate and serve hot
