Grind oats in a fine powder.
Mix all ingredients except soda and oil in a bowl. Mix all properly. Make thick batter. If required add some more curd or lukewarm water to make like dosa batter.
Keep rest for 15 minutes.
Add baking soda and 2 tsp oil in a batter. Mix well.
Heat a non stick pan. Drizzle some oil. Pour 3-4 ladle ful of batter. Spread evenly. Cover the glass lid.
Cook it on medium to slow flame until golden brown.
Turn with wooden spatula.
Cook it until golden.
Transfer it in serving plate. Cut into desired pieces.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
