Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 /2 cup rava/suji/semolina

  • 1/4 cup grated Cabbage

  • 1/4 cup boiled peas

  • 1 boiled & mashed potato

  • 1 finely chopped onion

  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Chat Masala

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

  • 1 tbsp grated cauliflower

  • 1 and 1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste

  • 1/4 cup sour curd

  • 2-3 tbsp Oil

Directions

    Dry roast Suji & oats in a pan.

  • 02

    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly. Keep rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Heat appe pan on slow flame.

  • 04

    Make lemon size balls with dough.

  • 05

    Drizzle some oil in each pit of appe pan.

  • 06

    Place veggie balls one by one in each pit.

  • 07

    Cover glass lid of appe pan.

  • 08

    Cook them on medium to slow flame. Once it turns golden from bottom., flip it and cook again until golden brown from bottom side.

    Check with tooth pick. If it comes out clear. Then transfer them on serving plate.

    Serve hot with green chutney.
