Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup oats


  • 1 /2 cup rava/suji/semolina


  • 1/4 cup grated Cabbage


  • 1/4 cup boiled peas


  • 1 boiled & mashed potato


  • 1 finely chopped onion


  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp Chat Masala


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tbsp grated cauliflower


  • 1 and 1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste


  • 1/4 cup sour curd


  • 2-3 tbsp Oil

Directions

  • Dry roast Suji & oats in a pan.
  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly. Keep rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Heat appe pan on slow flame.
  • Make lemon size balls with dough.
  • Drizzle some oil in each pit of appe pan.
  • Place veggie balls one by one in each pit.
  • Cover glass lid of appe pan.
  • Cook them on medium to slow flame. Once it turns golden from bottom., flip it and cook again until golden brown from bottom side.
  • Check with tooth pick. If it comes out clear. Then transfer them on serving plate.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
