4-5 nos give a straight cut in all chilly and remove the seeds and spicy veins
1 cups for stuffing ingredients :peanut powder
1/2 cups dedicated coconut
2 cups spicy namkin (coarsely grinded)
1 cups chopped coriander
1/4 cups chopped spring garlic
3 tbsp sugar powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp cumin _coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt in a mixing bowl add all above ingredients accept chilly and mix well
3 cups for better :besan
1 pinch salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp asafetida
250 ml oil for fry

Add water and mix well make semi liquid consistency batter
Stuff the masala in all chilly
Heat the pan add oil add 3 tablespoon hot oil in cheakpea batter mix well,deep all stuff chilly in batter,fry it till golden and serve hot with green chutny and aamchur chutny
