Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Mashed Boiled potatoes 2 nos

  • Chopped onions medium sized 1 nos

  • Thin sliced capsicum medium sized 1 nos

  • Bread slices 2 nos

  • Butter 1 tsp

  • Grated Mozzarella cheese to sprinkle on top of the sandwiches. 2 tbsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Crushed black pepper according to your taste 1 tsp

  • Chili flakes (optional) 1 nos

  • Oregano 1 tsp

Directions

    Take the boiled potatoes and mash it properly.

    Add onions and capsicum.

    Now add salt,pepper powder,mango powder,cumin powder and mix it well in the mixture.

    Now heat up the tawa and put some butter on it.

    Now take one bread slice and spread the mixture evenly on the bread and cover the bread with another slice.

    Put the breads on tawa on low flame and roast it from both the sides.

    Now press the breads with a flat spatula gently to make them crispy.

    When you will find the bread has changed its color flip it to other side.

    Your sandwich is ready.Cut them from between.

    Now grate some mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes on the breads.

    If you find your cheese is not melted up then put your sandwiches in microwave for 30 seconds.
