Take baby corn wash them and make them dry with a kitchen towel and cut them from between (make it half)
Now take a bowl add cornflour,all purpose flour and add salt,pepper powder,red chili flakes and some oregano and mix it with a dry spoon.
Take a glass of water and add it in the flour.
Add the water gradually to avoid lumps.
The batter should neither be thick nor watery.
Now take a wok add oil and heat it up.
Take 4 to5 baby corns and coat it with the batter and deep fry them.
Flip when the baby corn starts changing its color.
Take an absorbent paper and keep the fried baby corn on it.
