Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos baby corn packet


  • 2 tbsp cornflour powder


  • 1 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 tsp red chili flakes


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp oregano flakes as per your taste

Directions

  • Take baby corn wash them and make them dry with a kitchen towel and cut them from between (make it half)
  • Now take a bowl add cornflour,all purpose flour and add salt,pepper powder,red chili flakes and some oregano and mix it with a dry spoon.
  • Take a glass of water and add it in the flour.
  • Add the water gradually to avoid lumps.
  • The batter should neither be thick nor watery.
  • Now take a wok add oil and heat it up.
  • Take 4 to5 baby corns and coat it with the batter and deep fry them.
  • Flip when the baby corn starts changing its color.
  • Take an absorbent paper and keep the fried baby corn on it.
  • Your delicious crunchy Baby Corn Fritters are ready to enjoy with your favorite dip
