heat oil for deep frying in a kadai and fry puffed rice till crispy
once done, shake the ladle to remove excess oil and drain on a colander lined with tissue paper
now fry cornflakes until crispy
once done, remove from oil and place on the colander
fry peanuts in the same manner
heat oil in a kadai, add sesame seeds
when they start crackling add asafoetida, curry leaves and green chili
fry for few seconds and switch off the flame
then add red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix well
next add fried puffed rice, fried cornflakes and fried peanuts
add sev bhujiya
add salt and powder sugar
toss well and let it cool completely
your cornflakes chivda is ready to serve
