take a bowl, add all the dhokla ingrediants one by one except eno
mix it well and leave this batter for 5 minutes
heat water in a steamer
place a ring stand and allow the water to steam
now add eno to the batter and mix properly
take an appe pan and grease all the holes with oil
drop spoonful of dhokla batter in each hole and put this pan into the steamer
cover with lid and steam for 10-12 minutes on high flame
remove the appe pan from steamer and allow it to cool
heat oil in a tadka pan and add all tadka ingrediants one by one
switch off the flame and spread this tadka on dhokla
serve with chutney
