Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cups oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 nos onion medium sized (finely chopped)


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp gram masala powder


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 3 tbsp gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 6 piece bread


  • 3 piece cheese


  • 1 tbsp sezwan chutney


  • 4 nos potato medium sized (boiled and mashed)

Directions

  • Take a pan add 1 teaspoon oil then add mustard seeds, ginger saute.
  • Add curry leaves, asafoetida fry for 30sec then add onion fry for 1min.
  • Add mashed potato fry for 1min then add 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1teaspoon salt and gram masala powder fry for 5min.
  • Turn off the flame and keep it to cool.
  • Take a bowl add gram flour then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, garlic and water mix it well and make semi thick batter.
  • Take a pan add oil heat it on low flame.
  • Take a bread slice then spread Sezwan chutney on it then put potato mixture then put cheese slice on it then put another bread on it and cut it triangle.
  • Dip the bread in gram flour batter then fry it on medium flame till it golden brown.
  • Sezwan Cheesy pakora is ready to serve serve it with tomato sauce.
