Make a deep cut from the top of pav but it should not divide in two parts.
Beat egg, onion ,capsicum ,salt ,pepper and coriander together
Fill this mixture in pavs.
Sprinkle grated cheese at the top.
Apply butter on al sides.
Micro for 2mins or until egg is cooked cnd cheese melts.
