In kadai,heat oil.saute soya nuggets on high for 30 seconds.
Add onion,capsicum and carrots.saute till translucent.
Add seviyan,2tsp schezwan masala and water and toss nicely.
When cooked,add peanuts and paneer cubes.
Garnish with fresh coriander
