White Chick Pea (Channay) 1 & 1/2 Cups
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 1/2 Cup Cubic Cut (Chokor Katta Hua)
Carrot (Gajar) 1/2 Cup Cubic / Round Cut (Chokor ya Gol Katta Hua)
Potato (Aaloo) 1 & 1/2 Cups Cubic Cut (Chokor Katta Hua)
Cucumber (Kheera) 1/2 Cup Cubic Cut (Chokor Katta Hua)
Tomato (Timaater) 1/2 Cup Cubic Cut (Chokor Katta Hua)
Boneless Chicken 1/2 Cup Cubic Cut (Chokor Katta Hua)
Green Pepper (Hari Mirch) As per Taste (Chopped)
Sausages 1/2 Cup
Salt (Namak) As Per Taste
Chaat Masala As Per Taste
Method:
1. Boil all vegetables separately.
2. Fry chicken pieces till its color turns to golden brown.
3. Fry Sausages till color turns to golden brown.
4. Add all ingredients in bowl. Add salt and chaat masala as per taste.
5. Mix well.
6. Add Kalwanji as per your taste and its optional.
