Ingredients

  • 1 cup suji


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp salt ya according to taste


  • 1 carrot finnely chopped


  • 1/4 cup green peas


  • 1 tbsp Desi ghee


  • 2-3 green chilly


  • 1 tbsp ground nuts

Directions

  • Suji ko dry roast kar le
  • kadhai me oil garam kare aur hing daale aur jeera daale.
  • Rai aur curry leaves daale.
  • chopped carrot aur green peas mix kare.
  • Salt mux kare aur 1 glass water mix kare.
  • water boil hone lage tab aur sabji pak jaye tab suji mix kare.
  • Agar paani kam lag raha to aur add kar le aur chalate hur pakaye.
  • Desi ghee mix kare .
  • Garam garam serve jare.
  • Coconut chutney ya pickle ke saath serve kare.
