Soak moon dal for 5 -6 hours. Sieve it
Grind it with red chillies to fine thick paste
To it add turmeric powder , salt, hing,ginger garlic paste, baking soda
Mix well.
Deep fry it in hot oil till golden brown
Remove it and garnish with finely chopped onion, grated radish and green chutney.
Serve hot with tea
