Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 medium bunch of Spinach


  • 3 potatoes


  • 1 finely chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs


  • 3 green chillies


  • 1 Tbspn chopped Coriander


  • 1/2 Tspn Chat masala


  • 1/2 Tspn Amchur powder


  • 1/2 tspn Garam masala


  • 1/4 tspn red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tspn salt


  • 1/2 cup oil


  • 2 Tbspn curd


  • 1/4 tspn lime juice( optional)

Directions

  • Cook spinach till water completely evaporates.
  • To it add boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Add the remaining ingredients except curd and oil
  • Make round shape and flatten it. Make shape of tikkis.
  • Shallow fry it with little oil
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and curd.
  • Add lime juice if you wish to
  • Spinach cutlets are ready
