Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Flour 180 grams


  • Eggs 2 no


  • Melted butter 50 gram


  • Milk 275 ml


  • Sugar 50 gram


  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Baking powder 3 tsp


  • Honey 1 cup


  • Virgin olive oil 1 cup

Directions

  • Beat eggs and sugar together in a large bowl.
  • Add melted butter and keep beating
  • Add pure vanilla extract and milk.
  • Stir thoroughly
  • Take the flour and add a pinch of salt
  • Add to the bowl with egg milk mixture and stir until smooth
  • Heat a non stick skillet, add olive oil and spread it using a paper towel
  • Pour the batter into the skillet and cook untik both sides become golden brown
  • Transfer the pancakes to a plate and repeat until no batter remains
  • Garnish with some butter and honey. The pancakes are ready to be served.
