  • Apple 1 no

  • Oats 2 tbsp

  • Yogurt/curd 3 tbsp

    Cut the apple into small pieces

  • 02

    Take a jar and put the pieces into it and add curd or yogurt.

    Add sugar or honey or dates for sweetness as you please.

    Grind it into a fine paste and transfer it to a bowl

  • 05

    Add oats into the bowl. It needs to br soaked for atleast 5 minutes

    Add extra oats if required. Consistency shouldnt be too thin nor too thick

  • 07

    Add passion fruit or any fruit of your choice as topping. The healthy breakfast is ready to be served
