Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Noodles 150 gram

  • Capsicum 1 no

  • Onion 1 no

  • Spring onion 1 no

  • Cabbage 1 no

  • Carrot 1 no

  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp

  • Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic 2 nos

  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper powder 1/4-1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Water 2 cups

Directions

    Cut vegetables length wise and keep it aside

    Boil plenty of water and add oil and salt

  • 03

    Add noodles and cook till 90% done

  • 04

    Strain and pour cold water over the cooked noodles amd drain

  • 05

    Sprinkle some oil and mix well. Keep it aside

    Heat oil in a kadai in high heat

  • 07

    Add garlic onion carrot and beans

  • 08

    Saute for few seconds

  • 09

    Add cabbage and capsicum. Saute for few seconds

    Add noodles and mix well

  • 11

    Add soya sauce chilli sauce and salt. Mix well

  • 12

    Add vinegar. Mix well

  • 13

    Add pepper powder and mix.

  • 14

    Add green onions and sprinkle some sesame oil.

  • 15

    Tasty veg hakka noodles is ready.
