Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Noodles 150 gram


  • Capsicum 1 no


  • Onion 1 no


  • Spring onion 1 no


  • Cabbage 1 no


  • Carrot 1 no


  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp


  • Chilli sauce 1/2 tsp


  • Garlic 2 nos


  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp


  • Vinegar 1/2 tsp


  • Pepper powder 1/4-1/2 tsp


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Water 2 cups

Directions

  • Cut vegetables length wise and keep it aside
  • Boil plenty of water and add oil and salt
  • Add noodles and cook till 90% done
  • Strain and pour cold water over the cooked noodles amd drain
  • Sprinkle some oil and mix well. Keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a kadai in high heat
  • Add garlic onion carrot and beans
  • Saute for few seconds
  • Add cabbage and capsicum. Saute for few seconds
  • Add noodles and mix well
  • Add soya sauce chilli sauce and salt. Mix well
  • Add vinegar. Mix well
  • Add pepper powder and mix.
  • Add green onions and sprinkle some sesame oil.
  • Tasty veg hakka noodles is ready.
