Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cup grated paneer


  • 1/2 cup hung curd


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions


  • 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper or capsicum


  • 3/4 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 5-6 bread slices

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, add paneer, salt, curd and mix well
  • Add chopped veggies and spice powders. Mix well
  • Trim edges of bread
  • Roll bread slice thin with rolling pin
  • Place the mixture on one side of the roll leaving space at ends
  • Apply water all over edges
  • Roll bread slice and seal completely
  • Deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil
  • Alternatively this can be baked for 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180
  • Serve hot with sauce and chutney
