In a mixing bowl, add paneer, salt, curd and mix well
Add chopped veggies and spice powders. Mix well
Trim edges of bread
Roll bread slice thin with rolling pin
Place the mixture on one side of the roll leaving space at ends
Apply water all over edges
Roll bread slice and seal completely
Deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil
Alternatively this can be baked for 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180
Serve hot with sauce and chutney
