Take 3 pieces of paneer rounds cut with a cookie cutter and sprinkle salt and chilli powder upon them
Sprinkle opposite side also
And let them merinate for 10 min.
Add ghee in pan and shallow fry them keep aside
In same pan add oil,ginger and garlic
Add onion and saute aL of them
Add capsicum and tomato and cook
Add spices and grated paneer
And add cream
Mix all of them
Our stuffing is ready
Add coriander leaves
Now take same cookie cutter and put 1 paneer slice in it
Layer with grated cheese
And add stuffing
Ress it and again add paneer slice
Like previous method make layers
Top with cheese
Bake in preheated ovan for 10 min at 180 degree
Our paneer tikka lasagna is ready
Garnish with parsley and tomato
Serve with sauce
