Take oil in a pan . To it add curry leaves. Then add finely chopped tomatoes
Then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt .
Cook till tomatoes are done and oil separates. Now add the maggi masala.
Now add water and let it boil . Then add Maggi to it. Cook till water evaporates
Now add grated cheese and give quick stir. Add coriander leaves
Lower the flame for 2 minutes
Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
