Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 Packet Maggi


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1/2 Tspn ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tspn red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tspn salt


  • 2 tspn oil


  • 1 small Mozarella cheese cube


  • 1 Tspn coriander leaves


  • 4 curry leaves


  • 150 ml of water

Directions

  • Take oil in a pan . To it add curry leaves. Then add finely chopped tomatoes
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt .
  • Cook till tomatoes are done and oil separates. Now add the maggi masala.
  • Now add water and let it boil . Then add Maggi to it. Cook till water evaporates
  • Now add grated cheese and give quick stir. Add coriander leaves
  • Lower the flame for 2 minutes
  • Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
  • Your tangy , spicy , cheesy maggi is ready
