Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500gm paneer


  • 1 cup condensed milk


  • 1tbs of refine flour


  • 2 tbsp milk powder


  • 1n 1/2 tbsp powder sugar


  • For Kesar/saffron layer 1 tsp of saffron 4 tbsp water 4 tbsp condensed milk

Directions

  • Add all the ingridents of sandes in a food processor and blend to a smooth and fine batter.
  • To a non stick pan, add the mixture and cook in slow flame.
  • Stir contiously,to avoid the lumps and the moisture is completely dries up.And the mixture is smooth and tight.
  • Now transfer the mixture to the square shape aluminum tray and spread it evenly.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Now add water and saffron to the frying pan, bring to boil.
  • Now add the condensed milk and cook for 2 minute.
  • Transfer the saffron/keshar layer on the set sandesh layer and spread it evenly
  • Set it in fridge for 2 hours for best result and then cut it into desired shape and serve.
