Knead a soft dough with water using both the flours,ajjwain and 1tsp salt.
Make normal thin chapaatiis of this dough.let it cool. cut it in small pieces.
In kadai,add 1 tsp oil.Roast these roti chunks in oil till they turn crunchy.Keep them aside.
Mix all the vegetables,sauce and spices together except cheese.
In a microwave bowl,first keep a layer of roti chunks.then spread veggie mixture.
Repeat the layers.finall sprinkle grated cheese.
Keep it on micro for 1 min or till cheese melts
Garnish with peanuts.
Serve hot..!
