Mix together the cornflour, ginger paste, garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and Add a little water and mix well to form a thick batter.
Cut the paneer into small cubes.
Dip each paneer piece in the cornflour batter and then roll it in the cornflakes. Deep fry the paneer pakora till golden brown. I served these pakoras with tomato ketchup. If you like green chutney more, you can serve it with that.
