Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 400 gms paneer

  • 1 1tsp soya sauce

  • 1/2 1/2tsp vinegar

  • 1 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2tsp cornflour

  • 1big capsicum diced

  • 1 big onion diced

  • 1/2 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/3rd cup unsalted peanuts

  • 3dried red chillies

  • 1/2cup water (optional)

Directions

    Marinate paneer for half an hour with 2tsp cornflour, 1/2tsp soya sauce & vinegar,1/2tsp of salt & 1tsp of ginger garlic paste.

    Shallow fry them with 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan.

  • 03

    Shallow fry peanuts separately .they should not burn.

  • 04

    In a pan,heat 1tsp oil.add ginger garlic paste and saute red chillies also with it.

    Add onion and capsicum.saute for 2 mins.

  • 06

    Add soya sauce,vinegar and salt to taste.

  • 07

    Add shallow fried paneer with peanuts.

  • 08

    Add some water if you want gravy..its optional.
