Overnight soaked rice 1 cup
Overnight soaked jowar 1/4 cup
Overnight soaked ragi 1/4 cup
Paneer cubes 50 gms
Salt 1 tsp
Water 2 -3 cup
Cooking oil 1/4 cup
Directions
Grind all ingredients except cooking oil by adding sufficient water.
Transfer into a vessel, add some water, mix well.
The batter should neither be watery nor be thick.
Heat an iron tava, add a table spoon of batter, spread thinly.
Drizzle some oil, cover and cook in medium-low flame for 3 minutes.
Remove and serve in hot.
