Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Overnight soaked rice 1 cup


  • Overnight soaked jowar 1/4 cup


  • Overnight soaked ragi 1/4 cup


  • Paneer cubes 50 gms


  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Water 2 -3 cup


  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Directions

  • Grind all ingredients except cooking oil by adding sufficient water.
  • Transfer into a vessel, add some water, mix well.
  • The batter should neither be watery nor be thick.
  • Heat an iron tava, add a table spoon of batter, spread thinly.
  • Drizzle some oil, cover and cook in medium-low flame for 3 minutes.
  • Remove and serve in hot.
