Take besan and half haldi,red chilli powder ,salt,half of fennel seeds,half of jeera
Add water and make smooth battar for chilla
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
Add jeera,rai and hing
Add fennel seeds
Then add ginger,onion and green chilli
Saute them
And add boiled peas and potato
Mash and mix all of them
Add spices and coriander leaves
Our filling is ready
Heat tawa and grease it
Add besan battar and make chilla
Add oil and cook from both sides
Take one chilla and add stuffing in center
Now fold all sides and make a potli
Tied with spring onion green
Serve with sauce
