Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 7-8 baby corn

  • 1/2 cup besan

  • 1 tsp corn flour

  • 1 tbsp Oil

  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1 tsp Chat Masala

  • 1 tsp salt or as per your taste

  • 1 tbsp curd or lemon juice

  • 250 gm oil for deep fry

Directions

    Wash baby corn.

  • 02

    Add all ingredients in a plate. Mix all properly.

  • 03

    Marinate baby corns. Keep rest for 30 minutes.

  • 04

    Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry these baby corn on medium flame until golden brown.

  • 05

    Sprinkle chat masala. Serve hot with tomato sauce & green chutney.
