1 cup oats
2 medium size carrots
1/4 cup grated cabbage
1 onion finely chopped
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
1 tbsp lemon juice or 1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Wash and rinse carrots and beetroot. Grate both.
Dry roast oats until light brown.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Keep rest for 15 minutes.
Divide into equal portions of dough.
Take one portion. Give shape of kebab. Make all kebabs in a same manner.
Heat a non stick pan. Drizzle some oil. Shallow fry these kebabs.Turn its sides. Fry them until golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
