India has many styles of pancake. It varies from taste to ingredients ..Bihar calls it Pua (bihari sweet) . Each festival in Bihar has it's signature sweets associated with it!! Pua is linked with festival of colors Holi !! Recipe: *Seive the wheat flour/maida add sugar/jaggery Mix it well together. *Add milk/water to make a thick batter and a pinch of baking soda. * Keep it aside for 10 mints *Heat ghee/oil to fry *Make small ball shapes with ladle and gently put them into the hot ghee and Fry at a medium flame unless it's gets a golden color *Enjoy them warm!
