Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms paneer


  • 5 piece white sweet petha


  • 1/2 tsp ellaichi powder


  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)

Directions

  • Mash Paneer in a mixing bowl.
  • Now grate sweet petha and add it to the mixing bowl of paneer.
  • Add ellaichi add cinnamon powder in it.
  • Now mix it well so that they are combined to each other properly.
  • Now with this paneer mixture make small balls or can say ladoo of it.
  • Now garnish these ladoos with rose petals and keep them in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • By keeping in the fridge ladoos will set down.
  • And after that Paneer Petha Ladoo is ready to eat.
