In a bowl, add all ingredients except sweet potatoes and chat masala
Add water as required to form smooth thick batter
Cut sweet potatoes into medium sized roundels. Keep it immersed in watee to prevent discoloration
Dip sweet potatoes into batter, coat well
Drop in hot oil. Fry until golden brown over medium heat
Fry in batches. Drain excess oil. sprinkle chat masala over top. Serve hot
