Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup Besan

  • 1/4 cup rice flour

  • 1 medium sized cauliflower seperated as florets

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Boil water in large pan. Add salt and turmeric. To boiling water, add cauliflower florets. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain excess water and keep florets aside

    In mixing bowl, add ginger garlic paste, flours, spices and salt

  • 03

    Add water to form thick smooth batter

  • 04

    Dip cauliflower florets into batter, coat well. Drop in hot oil

  • 05

    Fry until golden brown over medium heat. Drain excess oil

  • 06

    Fry them in batches

  • 07

    Serve hot
