Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 egg whites


  • 3 egg yolks


  • 1/2 cuo flour


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar


  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Beat egg yolks with 3 tbsp granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract until thick and tell yellow
  • Beat egg whites with remaining lemon juice in seperate bowl until stiff peaks form
  • Gradually add 3 tbsp sugar and beat again to form stiff peaks
  • Gradually add egg whites mix to egg yolks mixture and fold until well combined
  • Sieve flours to egg mixture
  • Fold in until well combined
  • Add batter to piping bag with 1/2 inch nozzle. Pipe 10 cms long lines on prepared baking tray
  • Dust with powdered sugar and rest on counter for 5 minutes
  • Again dust with powdered sugar and immediately bake for 9-13 minutes until lightly golden brown in preheated oven at 180
  • Release biscuits from parchment paper while still warm
  • Serve immediately or store in airtight container for 2 weeks
