Beat egg yolks with 3 tbsp granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract until thick and tell yellow
Beat egg whites with remaining lemon juice in seperate bowl until stiff peaks form
Gradually add 3 tbsp sugar and beat again to form stiff peaks
Gradually add egg whites mix to egg yolks mixture and fold until well combined
Sieve flours to egg mixture
Fold in until well combined
Add batter to piping bag with 1/2 inch nozzle. Pipe 10 cms long lines on prepared baking tray
Dust with powdered sugar and rest on counter for 5 minutes
Again dust with powdered sugar and immediately bake for 9-13 minutes until lightly golden brown in preheated oven at 180
Release biscuits from parchment paper while still warm
Serve immediately or store in airtight container for 2 weeks
