Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup Big noodles


  • 1 cup shredded cabbage


  • 1 cup grated carrot


  • 5 garlic


  • 2 onion


  • 1 cup paneer cubes


  • 5 spoon Oil


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp dryfruit powder


  • 1 For grinding:;:


  • 2 tsp mutton masala powder


  • 3 red chilli


  • 2 tsp roasted gram

Directions

  • Grind the roasted gram,mutton masala powder,red chilli to fine powder.and fry it with little oil and set it aside
  • In pan boil water add salt,food colour and big noodles.cook well till noodles gets soft.after drain the excess water.wash the noodles with cold water and keep it aside
  • In another pan heat oil add cabbage and carrot fry it for 15 min and set aside
  • In same pan add onion and garlic.cook well it becomes golden brown.and keep it aside.
  • In tawa heat little butter and add panner cubes and cook it both sides.and keep it aside.
  • Now In bowl add cooked cabbage, carrot,garlic onion and fried masala.mix well.
  • And add little by little noodles and mix well thoroughly. Check salt.
  • Now add paneer cubes and dry fruit powder. Mix it softly .
  • Spicy siyahiko paneer Attho is ready to eat
