Take a mixing bowl and add besan in it.
Now add all the dry ingredients to it.
Mix it while adding little bit water.
Make a tight dough of it.
On the other hand boil two glass of water in a vessel.
Make balls of the dough.

When water boils at its maximum the drop all the rolls one by one into the boiling water.
When gatte or roll starts floating up in the water then it means they are getting cooked.
After 5-10 min remove the gatte from the water in the plate.
Let them cool.
In the meanwhile heat the oil in the kadai for frying .
When it cool down then cut these rolls or gatte into half inch pieces.
Put all of the gatte into the heated oil.
Deep fry them.
Remove it from the oil when they get crunchy.
Our crunchy Gatte is ready to crunch.
