Ingredients

Serves 4

  • paneer grated 4 tbsp

  • processed cheese 4 tbsp

  • green chilli finely chopped 1 tsp

  • chilli flakes 1 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • parsley 3-4 springs

  • cabbage 1 tbsp shredded

  • spring onion 1 tbsp finely chopped

  • cornflour 2 tablespoon

  • all purpose flour 1/2 cup

  • spring roll sheet 10-12

  • oil for frying 2 cups

Directions

    mix paneer,processed cheese,green chilli,chilli flakes,salt,parseley,cornflour ,cabbage,spring onion and mix well

    mix all purpose flour with some water to make a thick paste

  • 03

    take a portion of mixture and shape it into a croquet

  • 04

    take a spring roll sheet and apply the thin paste all over it with a brush

  • 05

    place the paneer croquette at one end diagonally at one corner and roll it

  • 06

    seal the two open sides with some all purpose flour paste to ensure that the filling will not come out

  • 07

    heat oil in a pan and deep fry these rolls till golden brown

  • 08

    take out in an absorbant paper and serve hot with schezwan chutney
