mix paneer,processed cheese,green chilli,chilli flakes,salt,parseley,cornflour ,cabbage,spring onion and mix well
mix all purpose flour with some water to make a thick paste
take a portion of mixture and shape it into a croquet
take a spring roll sheet and apply the thin paste all over it with a brush
place the paneer croquette at one end diagonally at one corner and roll it
seal the two open sides with some all purpose flour paste to ensure that the filling will not come out
heat oil in a pan and deep fry these rolls till golden brown
take out in an absorbant paper and serve hot with schezwan chutney
