Make a lump free batter by mixing together all the ingredients for the thopa.
Pour the batter in a microwave safe dish
Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and beat the batter. Again, cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. Remove and beat again. For the last time, cook for 1 minute in the microwave and knead. Spread it on a plate with an approximate thickness of 1/2 inches.
Allow it to rest for 5 minutes. After that, cut the thopa into cubes.
For the tadka, heat the oil and add rai, red chilli powder and thopa and all remaining spices.
Mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves.
Masala thopa is ready!
