Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Baby corn - 100gm


  • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon


  • All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon


  • Salt - 1teaspoon


  • Oil - 1cup


  • Soya sauce - 2 teaspoon


  • Green chilli sauce - 1teaspoon


  • Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon


  • Sezwan chutney - 1teaspoon


  • Ginger - 1inch (finely chopped)


  • Green chilli - 1 piece


  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)


  • Capsicum - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)


  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Directions

  • Take a pan add water then add baby corn boil it on medium flame for 5min then turn off the flame and wash it with chilled water immediately.
  • Take a bowl add baby corn then add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon soya sauce mix it well.
  • Take a pan add oil then fry all the baby corn till it golden brown.
  • Take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger and green chilli saute.
  • Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min.
  • Add all the sauces, Sezwan chutney and vinegar and little salt fry for 2min.
  • Add fried baby corn mix it well and cook for 1min then turn off the flame.
  • Baby corn chilli is ready to serve serve it by garnish of sesame seeds.
