Take a pan add water then add baby corn boil it on medium flame for 5min then turn off the flame and wash it with chilled water immediately.
Take a bowl add baby corn then add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon soya sauce mix it well.
Take a pan add oil then fry all the baby corn till it golden brown.
Take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil then add ginger and green chilli saute.
Add onion fry for 1min then add capsicum fry for 1min.
Add all the sauces, Sezwan chutney and vinegar and little salt fry for 2min.
Add fried baby corn mix it well and cook for 1min then turn off the flame.
Baby corn chilli is ready to serve serve it by garnish of sesame seeds.
