Cut ridge gourd into small pieces
In a pressure cooker add chana dal, whole spices( black pepper corns , cloves, cardamon,cinnamon, whole red chillies, ginger, garlic , bay leaf ) with salt
Add little water to it and pressure cook it till chana dal is completely done
When done remove it and let it cool down. And grind it to fine paste
To it add bread crumbs , onion , chopped green chillies, coriander leaves.
Make shape of tikkis ( round) and shallow fry it
