Wash the dals properly and soak them overnight in sufficient water.
Drain off the water and wash again. Now grind to a smooth batter with curd
Now mix suji and salt. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients of stuffing.
Heat a nonstick pan. Put some butter. Spread 3 tablespoons of pancake dal batter. Spread the stuffing and spread another 3 tablespoons of pancake batter on the stuffing. Shallow fry both the sides till golden brown.
Delicious Mixed Dal Stuffed Pancakes are ready to be served with chutney or tomato sauce.
