Chop vegetables and meanwhile heat oil in a pan. Chop the leftover idlis too.
Add vegetables to the oil once is hot. Saute the mix for 3-4 minutes.
Add manchurian masala with water and mix well.
Add the above masala to the pan now. Add salt and mix well
Saute the mix for another 3-4 minutes.
Instant and quick "Idli Manchurian from leftover idlis" is ready to serve.
