Idli Manchurian from leftover idlis

Ingredients

  • 10 Leftover idlis


  • Mixed chopped vegetables (onions, french beans, spring onions)1 cup


  • 3 tablespoons Manchurian masala


  • 1 tablespoon Oil


  • Salt to taste or 1/2 teaspoon


  • 1 cup Water

Directions

  • Chop vegetables and meanwhile heat oil in a pan. Chop the leftover idlis too.
  • Add vegetables to the oil once is hot. Saute the mix for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add manchurian masala with water and mix well.
  • Add the above masala to the pan now. Add salt and mix well
  • Saute the mix for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Instant and quick "Idli Manchurian from leftover idlis" is ready to serve.
