Boil potatoes and cut them into 8 pieces or of your choice
Take a bowl add Maida , corn flour, 1/2 tspn red chilli powder , 1/2 tspn salt , 1 tspn ginger garlic paste, Garam masala , red color , Egg if you wish too.. add water and make it into thick paste.
Add boil potatoes to the mixture and deep fry it . Take it on a plate
Take a pan and add some oil . To it add remaining red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste , curd , a pinch of salt and let it cook for few minutes till water evaporates
Add fried potatoes to it
Mix well.
Lastly take 1/2 tspn of oil. To it add slit green chillies and curry leaves. Fry it for 10 sec. Dont burn them.
Add the tadka to the potatoes. Serve spicy hot aloo 65 with tea or coffee.
