Take a non stick pan . Add water and salt
Bring water to boil
On a medium flame add semolina and immediately keep stirring.
Cook for 2 minutes . Semolina mixture will leave the pan.
Take it into a pan and knead it into soft dough. If you feel its hot apply oil on ur hands and knead it
Leave for couple of minutes
Roll it to a size of 1 inch diameter on a plastic sheet
Cut it into long stripes or the size of french fries and deep fry it till golden brown
Serve it with tomato ketchup
