Ingredients

Serves : 7
  • 5 large tomatoes puree


  • 4 large onions paste


  • 1 cup cashewnut paste


  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil


  • 1/2 cup fresh paneer cubes (cottage cheese)


  • 2 tbsp Cilantro for garnishing


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • In a large heavy bottomed vessel heat oil on a medium flame
  • Add onion paste saute till raw smell of onion goes off,add turmeric powder and salt
  • Add tamota puree and cook till oil get separated on the side
  • Cook paneer cubes separately in a vessel by adding 1 glass water for 3 minutes .so that paneer will become soft.drain out water
  • Add this cooked paneer to curry and cook for 1 minute
  • Now add cashewnut paste to it and add 1 glass water
  • add chilli powder and cook till oil gets separated
  • Switch off the gas take curry into a bowl and garnish.
