For the stuffing : boiled mashed potatoes l 1/2 cups
Grated carrot 1/2 cup
Coriander leaf chopped 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Black peper powder 1/4 tsp and salt as per taste
For the masala : gram flour powder 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander and mint leaves each 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Bread slice 8 pieces
First heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Then add all the ingredients mentioned for the stuffing.
Give it a good mix and cook in low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix in between.
For the masala add all the mentioned ingredients together. Your batter is ready.
Now take 2 slices of bread. Spread butter on both the sides. Now spread the stuffing over one bread and put the other bread over it. Now dip the bread in the batter and place it on the hot tava.
Cook until golden brown.
Cut in half and serve!!
