Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 kgs paneer


  • 2 tbsp cornflour


  • 3 tbsp maida


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tsp red chilli


  • 2 tbsp vinegar


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3-4 tbsp milk


  • 2 nos onion sliced


  • 2 nos capsicum sliced


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1 tsp degi mirch

Directions

  • In a bowl add cornflour , maida, salt ,black pepper, red chilli ,ginger garlic paste, soya sauce ,milk and mix well to make thick paste, then add baking powder and vinegar mix well and paneer cubes marinate for 1/2. Hour And then fry , keep aside
  • in a pan ads oil ~1 teaspoon lighly fry the onions and remove from fire add degi mirch keep back on fire
  • then add capsicum and saute for 2 min
  • add soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup and 2 cup of water
  • cook for 4~5 min and add seasonings salt black pepper .
  • add cornflour mix with water
  • stir continuously
  • then add fried panner
  • and cook for a min
  • garnish with coriander leaves and seasame seeds
