Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Paneer 1/2 kgs

  • cornflour 2 tbsp

  • maida 3 tbsp

  • soya sauce 2 tsp

  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • black pepper 1 tsp

  • red chilli 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 2 tbsp

  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • milk 3-4 tbsp

  • onion sliced 2 nos

  • capsicum sliced 2 nos

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • tomato ketchup 2-3 tbsp

  • Degi mirch 1 tsp

Directions

    In a bowl add cornflour , maida, salt ,black pepper, red chilli ,ginger garlic paste, soya sauce ,milk and mix well to make thick paste, then add baking powder and vinegar mix well and paneer cubes marinate for 1/2. Hour And then fry , keep aside

    in a pan ads oil ~1 teaspoon lighly fry the onions and remove from fire add degi mirch keep back on fire

    then add capsicum and saute for 2 min

    add soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup and 2 cup of water

  • 05

    cook for 4~5 min and add seasonings salt black pepper .

    add cornflour mix with water

    stir continuously

    then add fried panner

  • 09

    and cook for a min

  • 10

    garnish with coriander leaves and seasame seeds
