Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 kgs potato boiled and chopped


  • 4 nos onions chopped


  • 3 nos tomato puree


  • 3 nos green chilli


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 500 gms tamarind pulp


  • 1 tsp methe


  • 1 tsp saunf


  • 2-3 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp degi mirch


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Directions

  • In a pan heat oil, add methe , saunf and onions fry till brown
  • add green chillies and fry for a mintue
  • remove from fire and add degi mirch keep back on fire
  • add puree and cook till oil separates
  • now add potatos tamarind pulp and 2 cup of water to make thick gravy
  • add masalas and balance it
  • cover and cook for 3 min
  • stir in the coriander leaves and serve it with puri
