boil 1 litre of milk and squeeze a lemon to curdle it...
strain it in a strainer and keep allow it to expel the excess water in it
keep it in the strainer for 15 mins
take the paneer and mash it well for 8-10 mins
add all purpose flour,semolina and baking powder
mix well and make small flat balls out of it
heat sufficient oil in a Kadhai and deep fry these flat balls
in the meanwhile boil the remaining milk to boil and continue to boil till reduced to half
add sugar and crushed cardamom and switch off the gas
add the chhena balls in to the reduced milk
add chopped dryfruits
cool it completely
garnish with dryfruits and serve
